Revenge is a very bad thing. We people do not know what revenge actually means. Revenge comes to a person’s mind if he or she is jealous of another.
What Is Revenge
We can take example from our normal day to day life. For Example Say Ram is jealous of Sita as she is a very popular, nice person. So he wants to run her down, so he starts spreading rumors about her, or even tries to harm her by turning her loved ones against her, or harassing and harming her in other ways.This is entirely wrong.
This act will bring Ram to a very low level. Now, suppose Sita saw how wrongly Ram behaved and how he has harmed her. Seeing how wrongly Ram behaved, in her defense if Sita tries to show Ram’s true colors to the world, then that is not wrong. Sita should show the world how bad Ram is, so that other people will not be fooled by him, will be alert, and won’t become victims of Ram’s revenge.
Showing the world the facts about Ram’s meanness will bring Sita to higher level. But her heart must be good and her intentions pure. This is not considered revenge, as many would call it, as her motive is to save others from what she suffered. No one else will become Ram’s victim, and that is a good deed. Please do not expose evil at expense of harming your loved ones or yourself.
We people do not understand the difference between good or bad. There is a very thin line between your Good and Bad deeds. Its just you need to balance your heart with mind and than decide, it is good or bad.
