Full moons are marked by immense spiritual energy. It presents us with a time of opportunity, a time which we can allow spiritual energies to reach human hearts and minds. The full moon provides us all with an opportunity for spiritual service. Also that most of the important events in all religions are marked by the full moons throughout the year.
The full moon in the month of Vaishakh i.e. 26th of April,2013 is believed to be one of the most auspicious full moon of the year. It is said that on this day Gautama Buddha himself descends on earth for 8minutes for bridging the gap between the earth and the heavens. All those in meditation during that time are tremendously showered with blessings and energy.It is a day of reunion, of pilgrimage and rejoicing expectancy. It is a holy day. Group meditations are considered more important as it strengthens us to bring down more divine energy.
