Every person has there own definition for Inner Peace. Some people find inner peace by helping others and some people find it when they are doing any work which they like to do.
In spirituality inner peace is felt when you are in deep state of meditation. At the same time you feel stillness, calmness and Inner peace. As it helps you get connected with your higher soul or we can say help you get connected with your self.
Some people must have experienced this state. But people who might not have experienced it may try following things
- Regular practice of meditation.
- Regular practice of Forgiveness Sadhna.
- Daily try to help someone in need without your own personal benefit.
- Share your knowledge generously.
- Bless people in need.
